How it works
Option 1

QX has the documents picked up from the client’s office and delivered to our office in Skipton,
North Yorkshire.

We scan the necessary documents and upload them to our FTP server (dedicated space on our server for
each client) in Skipton. This means you only pay for scanning the necessary documents, not for
unnecessary documents (such as Sales receipts of small amounts). Each client uses a unique username
and password to access the FTP server.

The files are categorized by client and stored on our file server.

Accountants at the India centre login via our secure and dedicated leased line. Each accountant
has access only to the files of the client(s) he/she is assigned to.
The completed files are then saved back on the FTP server from where the client can download them via the FTP site.
Option 2

The client scans the documents (either in-house or with the help of a third party). The files
are then uploaded to our FTP server (dedicated space on our server for each client) in Skipton,
UK. Each client uses a unique username and password to access the FTP server.

The files are categorized by client and stored on our file server.

Accountants at the India centre login via our secure and dedicated leased line.
Each accountant has access only to the files of the client(s) he/she is assigned to.
The completed files are then saved back on the FTP server from where the client can download them via the FTP site.
