Anil is a Chartered Accountant and a member of ICWAI, the Indian equivalent of ICAEW. He has over 15 years of experience in Accounting, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management. One of the founding members of QX, Anil is now a mentor to the company. His expertise and his ability to think clearly and logically, have zero tolerance for failure, and a no-nonsense approach to problem solving is much sought-after by all the team members. Anil is responsible for Corporate Governance and Strategic Development.

Rajiv Bhatia, an MBA from National University of Singapore and a commerce graduate from SRCC, New Delhi has more than 22 years of international operational experience. He has handled centres of over 1,500 FTEs working with companies like Deutsche Bank, Accenture, EXL, WNS and for clients like Aviva, Royal Sun Alliance and Prudential (US). Working in sectors of Life Insurance, Banking, Travel & Business Process Outsourcing –covering customer services and operational delivery, he has got immense exposure to both captive & 3rd party out-sourcing set-up / client & vendor organizations, expertise in multiple BPO verticals – life / non life insurance, contact centers & transactional processing.

At QX, Rajiv is responsible for heading the India operations and drive the company forward with his rich knowledge of outsourcing and experience of managing large teams.

Maulik is a Chartered Accountant with more than 13 years of experience in Management Accounts, Taxation, and Audit practices. One of the founding members of QX, he brings international experience to the accounting practices to include UK, Ireland, Australia, and the US. Maulik focuses predominantly on expanding the outsourcing business in India. An authority on pre-sales assistance and strategic implementations, his efforts have helped QX penetrate new markets. Maulik has led five key projects since 2004. Most notably, Maulik has successfully providing global payroll contracting solutions to thousands of contractors in Europe and Australia with bases in the UK though Locums Limited

Chandra is a qualified Accountant with over 14 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Finance. One of the founding members of QX, he has managed many successful transitions and successfully directed the Accounting Practice Business at QX for two years before moving into the Limited Companies Business.

Chandra is a very versatile and pragmatic person with rich accounting experience from a prior tenure with a UK-based company, where he was Manager – Accounts & Admin. One of his key strengths is his well-developed communication skills and the ability to lead by example.

Mahesh is a Chartered Accountant with more than 9 years of experience that includes 6 years handling BPO F&A functions, such as payroll, accounts payable, management accounts, and statutory accounts, among others. He has been associated with a number of transitions over the last 3 years, and he has worked with many clients in different sectors.

Mahesh is adept at multitasking and can perform at peak even under immense pressure while constantly innovating to assist clients in resolving their core issues. One of his key strengths is his ability to deliver services that help clients turnaround their company. Another is keeping the client’s best interests at heart and both qualities make Mahesh a valued member of the QX team.

Nirav Shah received a Bachelors of Business Administration from Ohio University, USA and is based in the UK. His responsibilities include developing business across all private sectors, predominately within the Recruitment sector.

Since joining QX in 2003, Nirav has managed a key healthcare client and in his role as Director of Shared Services, has implemented an outsourcing strategy for a major recruitment company to include identifying and driving efficiencies. Prior to joining QX, Nirav was involved with clients across various sectors including Recruitment, IT infrastructure and wide ranging outsourcing campaigns. Nirav has over a decade of leadership expertise in BPO business development over many sectors.

Ravi is an MBA (Finance) from Australia and has over 11 years of experience in the outsourcing industry.
At QX, Ravi has been instrumental in growing the outsourced accountancy offer. His responsibilities include business development across all sectors with a focus on Finance & Accounting outsourcing.

Prior to joining QX, Ravi worked with both start up and large BPO companies in the US and UK market. Ravi is a COPC certified professional and has handled the transition of large projects from the US to India. He has an in-depth knowledge of client relationship management and strategic consulting.

Ketan Gajjar is the Operations Director for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Division. He has been solely responsible for leading and executing QX’s operational excellence and service delivery. In this role he utilises the best industry practices to ensure that clients receive the highest quality of service.

Ketan brings a depth of knowledge in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing business as he has experience with offshore companies in the recruitment industry. IHe has successfully spearheaded several challenging Recruitment Process Outsourcing projects in the Uk and Australia. He has strong work ethics, a problem solving attitude and is results driven. He has an exceptional ability to develop and maintain client relationships while providing them with strategic consulting.

Jignesh has a Master of Computer Applications degree together with 9 years of experience in developing diverse projects in Recruitment, Accounts, and Payroll. He is an expert in creating web portal employing different technologies such as .Net, C#, Visual Basic, INGRES, and Superbase.

At QX, Jignesh has developed highly functional and integrated systems, including a Document Management System, a Time-Management System, a Payroll system, and CRM tools for internal usage, as well as external client application. He has also actively contributed to QX website.

Ravi is a Chartered Accountant with a Diploma in Information System Audits from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India (ICAI). He has over 6 years of experience in the Accounting industry.

At QX, Ravi heads the operations in the India office and maintains QX’s internal finance. He is also responsible for infrastructure procurement and setup, vendor liaisons, and overall project management. As an expert auditor, he also ensures legal compliance of QX’s Indian subsidiary.

Hitesh completed a diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering and is a Cisco Certified Networking Associate. He has more than 10 years of experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecommunications equipment. He is an expert in designing and installing LAN, WAN, Voice Connectivity, and different Operating System.

Hitesh directs a team responsible for the technical infrastructure, as well as for user support; they are on-call 24 hours a day and ensure that no IT problems hamper QX’s productivity. The team also monitors the Remote Administration of Avaya G3Si PBX installed in the UK office. His team ensures data integrity and security for all QX clients by configuring QX’s firewall systems and also provides backups and data restoration services.
