Transition

Identification

We help you identify the specific functions that are ideal for the outsourcing model. To do this, we first help you determine which processes have outsourcing potential and then whether outsourcing the said processes will have a significant cost-saving effect.

Planning

During this most important stage; we work with you to define service expectations, agree on turnaround time and build a periodic reporting structure. This is also when all technical requirements are identified and their solutions figured out.

We take pride in entering into a new relationship with a strong, well-thought plan of action. The need for personnel (at both ends) is recognized and defined, a training agenda is prepared, and processes & agreements are documented.

Implementation

We realize that after all the preparation, it boils down to the actual application of what is promised. Our implementation is simple in approach and high in detail. Usually a small implementation team will work at your office, in the weeks prior to migration, so that they fully understand your bespoke requirements.

We believe that there is always room for improvement and that what works for one does not always work for another. Our clients have been very impressed with our execution because it is an open-minded approach towards building a good accounting system rather than a thoughtless imitation of their processes.

Appraisal

Once the transition happens, you will have a single point of contact for ease of communication. The reporting needs to be closely monitored, initially at both ends, to ensure all expectations are being met.

We also meet our clients periodically to discuss status quo, areas of improvement & new requirements.

Above all, to use a cliché, though no less accurate – “continuous improvement” remains our mantra, after your functions are migrated to QX. All work continues to go through a quality review for the entire duration of our relationship.
