QX strengthens its top leadership team with key appointments

The QX Limited, a leading business process outsourcing company providing recruitment, finance, accounts, payroll, software development and corporate advisory services, has announced new appointments as a part of its executive and senior management changes. These changes are a part of QX’s effort to provide effective support to recruitment agencies’ initiatives in the areas of IR35, GDPR, digital tax reforms and automation. 

Pom Chakravarti, formerly Business Director – Operations, has stepped into a new role as Country Head – UK. Pom will hereon front-end all of our services offerings in the UK be the key point of contact for all the existing and new clients in the UK, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. 

Having been with QX since 2005, he has worked with medium and large enterprises in the UK, the Republic of Ireland and India including top recruitment agencies and accounting firms. Over the years he has been actively involved in speaking at forums, participating in the round table discussions with industry bodies, industry peers, HMRC officials and consulting the Big 4 to ensure QX is able to deliver maximum benefits of outsourcing to its clients. 

Sumit Goswami has joined QX as Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and brings more than 22 years of experience, including 8 years in leadership roles. As the Group CEO, Sumit is responsible for managing the company and developing & executing long-term business strategies. With his rich background in the successful use of smart technologies like AI and machine learning, he will guide the transformation of QX into a technology-driven outsourcing provider. 

Percy Postwalla has joined QX as Chief Operating Officer (COO), with an extensive experience of 18 years in the outsourcing industry. As the COO, Percy will work closely with the senior leadership, divisional heads and operations leaders to improve governance, ensure consistent delivery of quality services and forge strategic relationships with clients for mutual benefit. 

As QX continues to grow rapidly and serve a much larger clientele across sectors and geographies, Sumit and Percy’s knowledge, experience and capability will ensure that we are able to deliver greater strategic benefits to our clients and partners. Pom will be available onshore, offering reliable advice, guidance and support to our clients and prospects in the recruitment industry navigate the changes in the coming years.
