QX has entered into a contract with the biggest accountancy training company in the UK. All new employees undergo a thorough UK accounting training, including UK accounting software training. Our team members are extremely passionate about their work and are proud of delivering excellent quality to our clients. We create a broad sphere of work by empowering our employees to take the initiative and encouraging them to take responsibility.

At QX, we don’t run a Sweat Shop, but we sure know how to work up a Sweat. The main and most essential ingredients of our highly diverse but unified work culture are:

ο Training – Our Accounting Staff receives regular training and updates to develop their all round capabilities. This is done by our UK training partners who are highly competent at guiding and enhancing the inherent potential of our employees.
   
ο Qualified – At QX, we make sure that we only employ the ‘cream of the crop’. Along with the requisite qualifications, we shortlist potential candidates on the basis of their will to succeed and their desire to be an accountant.
   
ο Motivation – QX strives to motivate its employees through a variety of means not just restricted to pecuniary incentives.
