In addition to heading the India operations, Rajiv is responsible for mapping and
executing long term strategies, overseeing QX’s extensive portfolio of cross-sector
BPO services, and interacting with clients and employees. He is the primary decision-maker
for QX and sets the tone for the company’s core values, ethics and culture.
In 2011, Rajiv joined QX from WNS, where he served as Senior Vice President for
the company’s operations department, responsible for driving and executing business
strategy. He has also worked in various capacities for companies like Deutsche Bank,
Accenture, EXL, WNS and for clients like Aviva, Royal Sun Alliance and Prudential
From 2004 to 2008, he was Vice President, Operations for Accenture. Under his leadership,
his teams received the Dominion Award for best overall business performance and
the Crown Award for service delivery excellence.
Rajiv continues to lead the QX leadership team responsible for developing, selling
and delivering solutions to clients seeking BPO services to help them achieve optimum
business performance. He graduated with an MBA from the National University of Singapore.
