Percy is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at QX Ltd, responsible for overseeing and refining every aspect of operations. In this role, he works closely with the senior leadership, divisional heads and operations leaders to improve governance, ensure consistent delivery of quality services and forge strategic relationships with clients for mutual benefit.
During his 18 years in the outsourcing industry, Percy has held positions of increasing responsibility, with primary focus on project migration, operations & delivery and client management.
Percy has worked in the UK for years in front-end roles, managing relationships and service delivery. He has also managed clients in the USA and Canada, assisting them to successfully leverage outsourcing for achieving strategic business goals.
Percy’s key objective is to roll our best practices throughout the organisation, raise employee satisfaction & efficiency quotients, exceed clients’ expectations, and empower QX to achieve the business goal of growing to 3,000 employees in 5 years.
