- Driving the quality management system based on the quality policy and quality objectives framed by the top management
- Resource planning to ensure competent people, effective infrastructure and favorable environment is available to maintain and enhance the quality of service
- Conducting risk assessments and treatment.
- Maintain documented information (process manuals, standard operating procedures, checklists, records) and controlling the documented information.
- Operational planning and control. Quality checks and controlled final delivery. Control of non-conforming outputs
- Periodic customer satisfaction surveys, complaints management and internal audits
- Top management review of the entire system
Information security management
