In a recent press conference with the British High Commission awarding QX for reaching over 1000 employees, QX Group CEO, Sumit Goswami touched upon how the business will be moving forward by digitising and utilising robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI).

Addressing the media, Sumit stated, “The next phase of the growth will be technology driven both within the organisation and as a service to our clients which means digitisation of manual processes, automation and standardisation of processes, application of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial intelligence (AI) to processes”.

At QX we understand the importance of adapting and harnessing new technology and we want to be in a position to be of benefit to our clients and employees. We plan to increase the usage of chatbots to be more responsive and provide a better service. In addition, we will implement RPA to streamline processes and increase efficiency. This is the first time that a knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) company in Gujarat is using such programming technology.

To succeed, we will establish clear business objectives and define the role that RPA and AI will play in our overall optimisation efforts.

We’ve also committed to recruit 2,000 new employees in the coming three years. Currently, we employ over 1,000 people, 70% of whom are located in Gujarat. “We also plan our expansion in other cities of Gujarat i.e. in Surat and Rajkot apart from ramping up our existing presence in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. We’re also looking at expansions in markets other than Gujarat,” said Chris Robinson, chairman of the company.
