Chris Robinson, Executive Chairman of QX Ltd, founded the company in 2003 in Skipton, North Yorkshire to provide cost-effective outsourced accounting services to Chartered Accountants through its office in Ahmedabad, India. His own personal experience of setting up a company in India means he can bring valuable insight into the steps and processes a business needs to take to establish themselves there.

An ICAEW-qualified Chartered Accountant by profession, Chris qualified with KPMG and was in practice for over 20 years. He ran Business Solutions (Northern) Limited, providing accounting and part time FD services to owner-managed businesses in the Yorkshire area. From there he joined the dot com boom and spent three years as a Finance Director of an AIM-listed ISP.

In 2002, he was a founding member of the team to take over JCJ (now HCL Doctors), a specialist locum recruitment agency, which he grew from a turnover of £1 million to £30 million within 3 years.


Frank Robinson joins QX from 2 Sisters Food Group where he was Divisional Commercial Director and brings 30 years' experience leading sales and marketing teams for some of the largest and fastest growing food businesses in the UK.

He has extensive experience of managing category leading brands and large-scale private label business with all the UK's leading retailers in all channels - retail, convenience, online, B2B and export. His broad experience includes all aspects of the Commercial function, as well as M&A.


Alok Bhatt is the Sales Director at QX Ltd, responsible for overseeing QX’s business strategy in the UK and USA. In his role, he works closely with the company’s six divisional heads and the senior leadership team to ensure that QX is well-positioned for continued growth in each of these divisions.

Prior to joining QX, Alok has worked with global leaders in the business process management industry primarily focusing on Fortune 500 companies in retail, ecommerce, CPG & manufacturing verticals.

In his most recent assignment with an MNC, he was responsible for managing the sales operations for the business unit with close to USD 100 million in revenue. His key responsibilities included creating and executing sales strategies, building sales pipeline, managing account plans and running marketing campaigns.

Alok brings with him an extensive experience of developing new capabilities and services, both in-house as well as through strategic partnerships, and converting them into sustainable profit centers.


Pom is a management graduate with specialisation in marketing and finance and has over 15 years of industry rich experience of providing professional services. Having been with QX Ltd since 2005, he has worked on multiple group businesses across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. He works closely with the teams in the UK and India.

He possesses strong and varied experience in driving an overall project including process efficiencies through automation, payroll and accounts, compliance and building relations with recruitment agencies supplying temporary workers.

Over the years he has been actively involved in speaking at forums, participating in the round table discussions with industry bodies, industry peers, HMRC officials and consulting the Big 4 to ensure QX Ltd is a step ahead of the game as the employment tax is quite a tricky region to deal in.

Pom’s knack for handling different businesses such as payroll solutions, managed services and back office solutions with ease has helped QX Ltd to mark a strong presence across these business areas.


Akhilesh has over 17 years of experience in the BPM industry which he now brings to QX as the new Chief Commercial Officer. Highly influential and well-liked in the industry, Akhilesh spent over nine years as the Director of Global Sales for IMS People. There he was responsible for sales across multi-regions, consisting of all recruitment and accounting customers.

Akhilesh is a customer-centric, goal-oriented manager with diverse leadership experience gained through sales and by working with several BPM companies. His experience in international RPO operations places QX in an optimal position to expand and establish its overseas operations.

When he’s not helping recruitment, firms transform their business operations you can find him at the gym working out or playing volleyball.


Dishant Desai is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has worked as a tax senior with Cranleys Chartered Accountants in the UK, and is currently the CEO of QXAS UK. His duties include all operational aspects of accounting: from tax planning, tax advice and staff training through to keeping tight control over deadlines and workflow.

He is also responsible for managing relationships with his clients and ensuring that his team of 220+ accountants provide a complete back office service in line with UK GAAP law.

Dishant has had great success managing growth, developing key personnel, improving regulatory compliance and streamlining disparate finance and accounting processes.


Mahesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 18 years of experience in the field, and one of the very first employees of QX Ltd, having been with the company since 2004.

Mahesh possesses broad experience of providing comprehensive support recruitment, healthcare, student accommodation, manufacturing, and beverage production & distribution companies through a dedicated recruitment, F&A and payroll teams. He oversees the management of close to 700 recruitment process experts, accountants, payroll specialists and is responsible for the entire service delivery.

His focus on building strong client relationships and his willingness to walk the extra mile have led to several long-lasting client relationships. He takes QX’s partnership approach to heart and delivers value-added services that fuel clients’ success.

Mahesh possess over 15 years of experience in working with the Recruitment Industry and has helped some of the largest agencies transition successfully to an offshore model and transform their processes. In Feb 2020, the QX Board appointed Mahesh as the CEO of QX Recruitment Services division, confident that his track record of serving this sector will enable QX Recruitment Services to deliver even better services to clients in the recruitment sector.


Vimal comes with over 14 years of experience working into BPO and ITES space with over 12 years of that into Recruitment. He has been instrumental in Heading Service Delivery, Process Improvement & Process Re-engineering & Key Account Management while delivering Service Excellence in his prior ventures dealing with clients across the UK, Europe, Middle East & Australia. He is an inspiring leader with a wit which helps him handle difficult situations. He has great people management skills which have helped him to create large and successful teams in his career.

Additionally, he brings a great deal of experience into Strategic Account Management, Operations Excellence, Risk Mitigation by Process Improvement & Process Re-engineering and Team Building.

Vimal is highly organized, goal oriented, independent and hardworking and will stand beside his team in difficult times to provide a conducive environment for success.

When time permits Vimal loves traveling, playing cricket and table tennis which brings out his competitive spirit.


Jignesh has a Masters of Computer Applications degree together with 10 years of experience in developing diverse projects in the recruitment, accounts, and payroll sectors. He is an expert in creating web portals, employing different technologies such as .Net, C#, Visual Basic, INGRES and Superbase.

At QX, Jignesh has developed highly-functional and integrated systems including a document management system, a time-management system, a payroll system, and CRM tools for internal usage, as well as external client applications. He has also actively contributed to the development of the QX website.


Hitesh completed a diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering and is a Cisco Certified Networking Associate. He has more than 10 years of experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecommunications equipment. He is an expert in designing and installing LAN, WAN, Voice Connectivity, and different Operating System.

Hitesh directs a team responsible for the technical infrastructure as well as for user support; they are on-call 24 hours a day and ensure that no IT problems hamper QX’s productivity. The team also monitors the remote administration of the Avaya G3Si PBX phone system installed in the UK office. His team ensures data integrity and security for all QX clients by configuring QX’s firewall systems and also provides backups and data restoration services.


Balagururajan joins QX as Associate VP of Business Operations. He brings the expertise of over 15 years in Business Process Management (BPM) and managing large scale operations.

His previous role as Deputy General Manager at Cognizant was essential to developing his abilities as an effective manager. Here he was the site lead and looked after the overall financial processes for North American clients. In addition to managing SLA’s, he was also responsible for pricing, maintaining minimum attrition and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Balagururajan honed his expertise in people management while he was a Group Manager at WNS. Here he managed attrition and worked tirelessly to ensure the cost-effectiveness of process locations. He also focused on business farming, Transformation and Automation increasing FTE’s and ensuring there were no revenue leakages with effective P&L management.

He has completed his Six Sigma Green Belt and has worked on numerous Lean projects with sound knowledge of Six Sigma tools. Balagururajan will be based in the Mumbai office overseeing business operations.


Abhishek has experience and expertise of over 15 years in Program/Project Management and Operations. He’s had success in leading many diverse businesses in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry. In addition to being skilled in continuous improvement, Agile/Scrum methodologies and Business Process Improvement he’s also worked with clients in the UK, U.S. and Australia.

Abhishek’s expertise in team management, analysis, streamlining operations and decreasing aggregate expenses with limited resources sets him apart from the pack.

He has worked with organisations such as Cognizant, Aptara, and NIIT, and has managed large scale programs and projects. His experience in transitioning, managing third party contributions, setting up new processes and workflows (SOPs) makes him an essential part to the QX team.

Abhishek is PMP®, and CSM® certified, has a PG Diploma in Business Management (Operations), and also has a PG Diploma in Computer Applications.
