Whilst we operate within a number of sectors, we have developed specialised back office outsourcing services in the sectors of student accommodation, software development, media and publishing, the healthcare sector and recruitment agencies.
‘End-to-End’ outsourcing services
We understand that outsourcing is our business not our clients’. An experienced transitional team works with clients throughout the outsourcing process and provides on-going support for as long as they feel necessary. The same team also help identify the functions that would be the most beneficial to outsource.
We arrange for the documents to be picked up from anywhere in the UK and US, scan the relevant documents in a proper order, and upload them onto our FTP server. Alternatively, if clients wish to scan the documents in-house, they can directly upload the documents on to our FTP server.
We also work on clients’ servers and as per their reporting tools. We help clients set up job responsibilities, methods to monitor our performance and measure the defined goals. They also get a single-point-of-contact who sends digital reports to them on a daily and weekly basis. And since QX is known for its quick turnaround times, all client issues are dealt with swiftly.
Our offices operate in a virtual “one-office” environment. A leased line connects our UK office with our centre in India. So, a call to the UK office can be directly patched through to the India centre, as needed. This technology is facilitated by:

We are flexible in terms of handling overloads, such as in the tax season. All teams work according to clients’ calendars and work hours to compensate for Daylight Saving and zonal time differences.
In case of additional workload, we even work on UK/US bank holidays and some members of our team are always available as a back-up to take on any additional work.

Therefore, clients enter into contract with a British company. Also, since QX is regulated by UK laws, a part of the profit is repatriated to the UK economy in the form of taxes.
