About the job/some background

QX Recruitment Services is part of the QX group of companies with over 800 employees based in our delivery centre in India and our UK head office. We provide consultative and highly scalable recruitment services ranging from basic admin tasks such as job inputting, CV processing, advert response management to complex tasks such as candidate generation, database cleansing, organization mapping, headhunting, compliance and back-office functions within finance and accountancy services through to full payroll services to recruitment agencies across the UK and US.

Recruitment Consultant will be working on multiple roles and will be involved into End to End Recruitment.


  • Candidate will be responsible to assist/coordinate with colleagues in order to understand the requirements and for smoothing of task.
  • Candidate will be responsible on niche vacancies.
  • Candidate will be sourcing CV’s from job boards, LinkedIn, Google search and other social networking sites.
  • Candidate will be engaged into handling full life cycle of recruitment starting from sourcing, pre-screening of candidates, arranging Face to Face Interview and mobilization of candidates if any.


  • 6 months to 2 years of End to End Recruitment.
  • Knowledge of job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Worked on full life cycle of recruitment.
  • Must be fluent written and spoken English language capability.
    A well-developed 'recruiter mind-set' - the ability to think creatively when challenged with niche roles or hard-to-find candidates.
  • Strong organisation skills - must manage a varied, potentially high-volume workload with multiple deadlines.
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Need to be able to effectively manage recruiters, to ask questions and push back where required and provide a consultative approach.
  • Proactive communication skills - must work in partnership with Recruiters and provide regular updates and information throughout the process.


  • Candidate must be flexible to work in UK Shifts.
